Use of percussive articulations. Medium-Difficult. Approx 4:00 duration

Synergy
Duet for two Alto Flutes.
This piece is composed for 2 Alto Flutes, however it may be performed on any pair of Flutes in the same pitch. Synergy is a physically demanding work that requires stamina in articulation and breath. The heavy breath accents articulated passages should push the player to the limits of their phrasing capabilities. This work is inspired by the many collaborations I have had with other flute players who share similar enthusiasm and energy towards flute playing as I do.
